ENQUIRIES AND RESERVATIONS

From the links on this page you can either check availability of rooms for the dates you're interested in or you can send us a reservation request. Our reservation system is a manual one. You send us an enquiry or reservation request and we will manually check our availability and either provide you with details of the rooms available, confirm your reservation or offer alternative accommodation options.

To check on availability for the dates you would like to stay with us please complete the reservation enquiry form. We will let you know if the type of accommodation you have selected is available or we'll provide alternative options for you.

To make a reservation request, complete all of the sections on our secure reservations request page. We will confirm your reservation after we have checked to make sure the rooms and dates you've requested are available. Upon verification, we'll then send you a confirmation letter by email, confirming your booking and reminding you of our location, check in times, the room you reserved, rate and other important and helpful information.

Either way, we'll get back to your in the shortest time possible, usually in a few business hours. Please note our office hours are 9 am to 9 pm Pacific Time daily.

Please note that all reservations require a Visa or MasterCard credit card number, security code, expiry date and the cardholder's name to guarantee the reservation. We accept only guaranteed reservations. Your acceptance of our cancellation policies also needs to be indicated on the enquiry form.

Please contact us if you have not received your confirmation letter by email in a reasonable amount of time.

Credit Card Security

Providing your credit card details on-line has always been an area of concern for us and our guests. Many hotel websites offer independent, secure on-line reservation systems that charge the hotel from 5 to 15% commission for their services. Most hotels raise their rates to compensate for this additional expense! We don't.

We have decided that instead of raising your rates to provide you with on-line security, we would use an accredited SSL encrypted secure server .built by an association we belong to, the BC Lodging and Campground Association. This ensures that your sensitive financial details are sent to us in a completely secure environment.
